Pilates has a strong focus on breathing, core control, pelvic stability, pelvic floor connection, strength and flexibility. Come along and discover how all of these elements are explored during Pilates Platform classes.
Suitable for beginners and those who have been attending our classes for a while, there is something for everyone in this Pilates Essentials workshop.
The workshop consists of a series of Mat Pilates exercises and discussion activities that will enhance your practice at home and during our sessions.
You will receive a copy of all of the exercises for home practice and a hot beverage delivered to the venue by the lovely staff of Monica’s Cafe.
The workshop runs from 9am – 10.30am.
We are limited to 20 attendees and the workshop costs $25. Payment by bank transfer or cash by Monday November 25 to secure your spot.
