Brisbane folk-pop singer-songwriter Liam Higgins launches his new EP, Love Is A Language, with a full band show at the Maleny Community Centre on Friday 6 November, the very day the record is released. It’s the opening night of his first ever tour, and local Maleny singer-songwriter Shanleigh Rose opens the show.
It caps a big year for Liam, with four Apple Music editorial placements and national airplay on Nova in 2026. Before returning home he spent three years in London, recording with a string quartet from the Vienna Opera Ball Orchestra and playing venues from The Bedford in London to Nashville’s famous Bluebird Cafe. His four-piece band features violin, bass and drums.
