Kiosk Booking Terms and Conditions
General Booking Guidelines
Standard booking procedures apply, in line with other venue arrangements. However, the following specific conditions apply to kiosk hire:
- Hirers may only book the Kiosk a maximum of twice per month, with only one booking at a weekend and with no consecutive days allowed.
- Hirers will only be able to hire one day per month in December, as well as school holidays.
- Not for Profit groups may book up to 12 months in advance and are able to book no more than 3 per month with only one booking at a weekend.
Advance Bookings
- Bookings will be taken in 6 month blocks as follows:
- January to June – Bookings will open from the 15th of November each year.
- July to December – Booking will open from the 15th of May each year.
Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days’ notice: No cancellation fee
Less than 7 days’ notice: 25% of the booking fee will be charged
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full booking fee will be charged
Bad Weather Cancellations
No cancellation fee will apply if the hirer notifies MCC by email at least 24 hours in advance due to poor weather conditions
If weather-related cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, the full fee will be charged
