Directed by Jim Jarmusch (Mystery Train; Dead Man; Paterson), this anthology drama explores the dynamics within three separate families, spread between Anytown USA, Dublin and Paris. The ensemble cast includes Tom Waits, Adam Driver, Mayim Bialik, Charlotte Rampling, Vicky Krieps and Cate Blanchett. The film is broken into three thematically linked episodes. In the first two we see parents at their worst: deceitful, egotistical, and manipulative. The third episode introduces twin siblings, played by Luka Sabbat and Indya Moore. After the death of their parents they return home, sifting through the family’s documents and photographs, in search of a deeper understanding.
