Sam Buckingham’s unique sensibility for marrying poetry with pop shines in this stunning collection, drawing influences from Laura Marling, Ani DiFranco and Joni Mitchell.
Recorded during a late night studio session with ARIA winning engineer & producer Paul Pilsneniks, the four track EP is as stripped back as you can get. Each song was recorded in one take, with nothing but Buckingham on acoustic guitar and vocals.
The Quiet Revolution tour embraces this raw approach, with Buckingham performing in solo acoustic mode. Buckingham will perform songs from her older and unreleased catalogue, showcase these striking new songs, and perform favourites from her widely celebrated releases DEAR JOHN and Cyclone.
