Membership Application Form

Annual Membership runs from 1 July to 30 June each financial year. Members/groups are entitled to one vote at the AGM and Special Meetings. You can collect a hardcopy of this form from the office at 1 Bicentenary Lane, Maleny – Monday to Friday between 9.00am & 1.00pm. 

An invoice for the membership fee, if applicable will be forwarded to you, payment can be made by bank deposit or cheque.
