The kiosk is located on Maple Street. This small kiosk is ideal for fund raising activities and information dissemination (eg. Community groups, political parties).

Hiring Procedure 

The kiosk is available for hire by organisations and individuals.

Normal booking processes will be in place as per other booking arrangements; however hirers may only book the Kiosk a maximum of twice per month, with only one booking at a weekend and with no consecutive days allowed. They will only be able to hire one day per month in December and January, as well as school holidays.

Bookings will be taken up to three months in advance, except for Not for Profit groups who may book up to 12 months in advance. These Not for Profit groups are able to book no more than 3 per month with only one booking at a weekend.

Cancellation of the Kiosk

If a hirer cancels up to 7 days prior to the date of the booking, there will be no charge. If cancellation is less than 7 days before date of booking, they will be charged 25% of rate.

If less than 24 hours before date of booking, they will be charged the full amount except in case of bad weather, when the hirer must notify the MCC by email at least 24 hours beforehand.

If the cancellation is due to bad weather, there will be no charge – providing they cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
